Germany, NSDAP. A Political Leader’s Visor Cap, Gau-Level Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic exterior of case bearing monogram(NSDAP Schirmmtze fr Politische Leiter der Gauleitung). A very well preserved Gau level NSDAP Political Leaders visor cap, constructed of light brown wool with a pronounced whipcord weave. It features reinforced side walls which are lined on the exterior with a brown doeskin cap band. Both the top and bottom edges of the band are trimmed with Burgundy red piping, while an additional length of identical piping surrounds the outer edge of the crown.
